There must be an election soon
It’s that time again, when politicians venture out of Westminster and start pounding the streets of Britain in the lead up to the May elections. This week it’s Lib Dem business secretary, Vince Cable and Lewes MP Norman Baker visiting the site of the new University Technical College (UCT) being built in Newhaven, East Sussex. It’s a fantastic concept and a much needed boost to the UK’s engineering, science and mathematical future. The college is due to be fully completed later this year, just in time to welcome the first intake in September.
