Qualification

We are fully compliant with current drone regulations and hold a Civil Aviation Authority Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO). We hold £2 million public liability insurance and all pilots working with us have undergone a rigorous CAA approved training program.

Our CAA permission is not only an assurance of our professional approach and thorough safety operational procedures, but a vital legal requirement that protects the drone operator, client and members of the public - be warned, it is illegal to hire a drone for commercial purposes if the operator does not have CAA permission, and such operators will not have adequate insurance.

Safety is of paramount importance so every assignment has a number of processes before a flight can take place; There is a preliminary pre-deployment feasibility check which includes assessing airspace catagory, permission and proximity to nearby people, structures, roads etc. If the feasibility check is passed a more thorough analysis is made of aeronautical and OS maps, followed by site surveys and full risk assessments, which are carried out prior to any flight taking place.
